More is revealed about the people of Lilliput. Such as their customs, laws and school systems. They write diagonally and ingratitude is a capital crime for them and they can be killed for it. He has people to cook for him and make clothes for him.
The main character is noting the differences between how things are done in his world verses how they are done in Lilliput. Some things are similar while others are vastly different. Also, he wants people to know that nothing is going on between him and the treasurer's wife.
I got confused because there were a lot of big words that I didn't know the meaning of.
